The devastating news was shared by his father, Ken Myerscough, in an emotional message on Facebook. In his heartfelt words, Ken spoke of the unimaginable pain that comes with losing a child, revealing that he had tried many times to express his grief but found himself unable to fully capture the weight of such a profound loss. His message resonated deeply with many, reflecting a sorrow that words can scarcely contain.

James’s sudden passing has left family, friends, and acquaintances in shock. Those who knew him remember not only his presence but the warmth, kindness, and connections he brought into their lives. Friends and loved ones will have the opportunity to gather, reflect, and pay their respects during open visitations scheduled for May 6, from 1–2 PM and again from 7–9 PM. A funeral service will follow on May 11 at 1 PM at Beckett and Glaves Funeral Home, where those closest to James will come together to honor his life and say their final goodbyes.
