According to authorities, Nolan was found inside a vehicle, having suffered fatal gunshot wounds. Despite the swift response from first responders, his life was taken far too soon—leaving behind grief, unanswered questions, and a community shaken to its core.
Nolan was more than a headline or a statistic. He was a young man full of life, known for his presence, his energy, and the connections he built with those around him.
