According to the St. John the Baptist Parish Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to reports of gunfire around 7:20 p.m. in the area of Cinclair Loop. Upon arrival, investigators discovered shell casings near an alleyway, confirming that shots had been fired. As the situation unfolded, concern quickly grew when loved ones shared that Omarion had been in the area around the time of the incident and may have been involved in an altercation. Tragically, those fears were later confirmed, leaving an entire community in shock and mourning.
Omarion was a young man full of promise, with dreams and aspirations that stretched far beyond his years. He brought energy, laughter, and light into every room he entered.
